I was so impressed that someone finally answered the question most of us who travel by air sparingly wonder about. Why does the food taste plain? No flavor. Looks delicious for what it is, but not fulfilling in taste whatsoever. Especially when there is a comparison. Trust me I have had some awesome tasting meals on flights, but those are a tiny fraction of the rest. They were extremely flat and boring to the point that I forgot that I even ate it. Why and how can that be? The answer is simple. Check it out on www.kitchendaily.com.
