Tel Burna in Israel, a 3,300 year old cult complex has been discovered. Archaeologists are still not sure who exactly was worshiped here. The evidence at the site suggests that it may be baal the (Canaanite storm god). See Images of the Cult Building and Related Artifacts from news.yahoo.com
